Join your coaches, Adrianna, Peter, and Ingrid as they take you through a 90-minute rotational movement experience:
30 min reformer Pilates with Adrianna
30 min yoga in the ground studio (non-heated) with Peter
30 min strength training on the rooftop with Ingrid
There will be 5 minute breaks between each round to rotate. We will end this experience at the café for smoothies and other treats provided. This is limited to 24 spots total, so be sure to RSVP ahead of time!
Members get priority booking. Guests are allowed to sign up for the triathlon within 48 hours depending on availability.
